BTS Thrift Store is an enterprise of Beit T’Shuvah, a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Los Angeles. Beit T’Shuvah believes the key to recovery and transformation is community, passion, and purpose. The store provides vocational training to residents, and all of our profit helps to fund our life-saving mission.
The mission of BTS Thrift Store survives off of two things:
Shoppers and Donors.
What makes us unique is not just our ever-changing and often fascinating inventory–you can find anything from Versace shoes to an 18th century China cabinet. The reason we exist is the most compelling reason to shop and donate here. BTS Thrift Store is an enterprise of Beit T’Shuvah, a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Los Angeles, whose mission is to provide treatment to all those who seek it, regardless of their ability to pay. (98% of Beit T'Shuvah's clients receive scholarship support.

BTS Thrift Store is one of those outlets.
Over a decade ago, Beit T'Shuvah board member Hal Wiseman wanted to create a safe, educational space for residents in addiction treatment to work, acquire marketable skills, and reintegrate back into society. In addition to providing valuable job training and workforce reentry skills for people in recovery, all proceeds from BTS Thrift Store go back to Beit T'Shuvah to help provide beds for people in need.
And donating is easy! It's tax-deductible, and we provide FREE pick-up services all over LA!
